Women on the Water (WOW) is an educational research conference cruise dedicated to furthering the advancement of research in education on topics that champion the well-being and advancement of Black women and girls.
WOW will convene a bi-annual meeting for which sister-scholar professionals share their research ideas and findings in a conference setting.

WOW is also committed to cultivating a space that centers service, action, and advocacy in pursuit of social justice.
